Drop Off and Pick Up
Drop Off Regulations:
Drop off begins at 7:00am. Please plan to bring your child into our facility and sign them in each day. If you know that your child is going to be late, please call or text to notify us. In addition, please be advised that campers not arriving by 9:00am on a field trip day will be the responsibility of their parent / guardian for the day if departure has already occurred.
Pick Up Regulations:
Structured activities other than Tae Kwon Do class complete at 4:30pm.
Pick up between 4:30 and 6:00pm is considered standard. There will be a late charge for pickup after 6:00pm. All pick ups will be supervised by a staff member. The only people allowed to pick up a camper are those who have been previously identified on the camp registration form.
During the drop period from 7:00 – 8:30am and pick up period of 4:30 – 6:00pm, campers will participate in supervised free choice time. During the time, board games, paper games, and art supplies will be available. Campers will also be free to use portable game, music, or movie players.
Daily Lunch and Snacks
Spring Break Camps: Lunch will NOT be provided. Students must bring their lunch each day!
Summer Camps: Lunch will be provided by TMA through Dalton Public Schools.
Daily Snacks will be provided for all campers each day. Students may bring their own additional snacks to be eaten during the scheduled snack times.
Due to the high amount of peanut allergies of campers and students no peanut products are allowed in the facility.
Top Martial Arts promotes and encourages summer reading! Approximately 30 minutes of each day will be dedicated to reading time. Younger children will be read to during this period. Older children are encouraged to bring their own reading material.
Tae Kwon Do Instruction
All Campers will be participating in a Tae Kwon Do class on Monday and Wednesday.
Non-member campers will be taking their class separately and encouraged to purchase a Uniform from the front desk.
Members should bring a clean TKD uniform each Monday and Wednesday.
Summer Camp T-Shirts
All campers will receive a T-Shirt on the first day of camp.
T-Shirts must be worn on Friday.
Additional T-Shirts may be purchased for $5
Campers must be pre-registered prior to attending all camp days.
Makeup days are not permitted. These policies are required due to the specific student to instructor ratios that must be maintained based on the attending number of campers.
Paid in full: Due at the time of registration. To receive full early bird discount full amount must be received by deadline.
Weekly Payments: A non refundable 20% deposit is due at the time of registration.
The balance will be charged to a credit card automatically on the Friday prior to the start of each week.

Reservation for campers is not completed until payment has been received.
